Macao

The Alliance for Cultivating Chinese-Portuguese Bilingual Talents was established in 2018, with coordination by the Macao Education and Youth Development Bureau. It aims to promote and coordinate cooperation among Macao’s higher education institutions in cultivating Chinese-Portuguese bilingual talents.

The Alliance aims to strengthen cooperation with cities in the Greater Bay Area in tourism education and talent training and to advance local education towards a new stage of development, with the ultimate goal of aligning with the vision set out in the development plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area concerning integrated tourism development, the enhancement of tourism competitiveness, as well as the quality of tourism education in the Greater Bay Area.
