The fourth annual meeting of the Alliance for Technology, Innovation and Talent Development in Western Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, as well as the alliance’s council meeting and president forum were recently held online. The theme of this year’s event is the innovative model of integration between universities and industry in the Greater Bay Area and its sustainable development. During the meeting, members of the alliance and supporting units reviewed the alliance’s achievements in the past year and discussed plans for the year ahead. In his speech, UM Rector Yonghua Song said that members of the alliance have accomplished many outstanding achievements in the past four years, adding that they should continue to work together to develop western GBA into a centre for technological innovation and talent development.
