On 18 March, a delegation from Zhejiang University and Zhejiang Lab led by Vice Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhejiang University and the Director of Zhejiang Lab, Mr. Zhu Shiqiang visited the University of Macau. The delegation was warmly received by Rector Song Yonghua and Interim Director of Global Affairs Office Carol Wong.
The delegation visited the University Gallery and Wu Yee Sun Library, Rector Song introduced the university history, new campus design and management and university development to the guests. The delegation also visited Cheong Kun Lun College, Associate College Master Kevin Huang and Fellow Johnny Chan introduced the idea, operation and living environment of Residential College.
Zhu praised University of Macau for its academic atmosphere, campus facilities and the elite faculty and research and hope to strengthen the cooperation and academic exchange between the two universities.
