On 29 January 2018, a delegation from Zhengzhou University led by Vice President Zhang Qianhong visited the University of Macau. The delegation was warmly received by Vice Rector (Academic Affairs) Lionel Ni and Interim Director of Global Affairs Carol Wong.
Prof. Lionel Ni introduced to delegation about UM history, new campus project, the “4-in-1” Education Model, and current status and development of UM. During the meeting, they discussed and exchanged ideas about staff recruitment and the Residential College system. The delegation also visited Wu Yee Sun Library and University Gallery, the delegation praised University of Macau for its academic atmosphere, campus facilities and the elite faculty and research.
The delegation includes: Zhengzhou University Director of Office of Student Recruitment Dai Guoli, Deputy Director Xu Lili, Dean of School of Information Engineering Wu Yajie, and the Deputy Director of Office of International Exchange & Cooperation Zhao Binyu.
