Prof. António Leão Correia e Silva, Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Cape Verde visited University of Macau on 12 April. During his visit he took the opportunity to deliver a talk “Cape Verde: The Man and the Sea – Opportunities and Challenges for Development”, which was about Cape Verde’s maritime history.
