A delegation from the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Macao Special Administrative Region, led by its deputy director Zheng Xincong, visited the University of Macau (UM). The delegation was warmly received by UM representatives, including University Council Chair Lam Kam Seng and UM Rector Yonghua Song. The delegation visited the University Gallery, the State Key Laboratory of Quality Research in Chinese Medicine, and a residential college. Zheng highly praised the rapid development of the university, particularly the university’s achievements in Chinese medical sciences and the residential college system. He expressed his hope that the university would maintain its distinctive characteristics and scale new heights in the future.
