Prof. Max Lu, President and Vice-Chancellor of University of Surrey led a delegation visited the University of Macau (UM) and was warmly received by Acting Rector Rui Martins, Vice Rector (Research) Wei Ge, Dean of Faculty of Business Administration Jinghan Chen, Jean and Director of Global Affairs Office Cindy Lam.
During the visit, Rui Martins shared UM’s latest developments, campus facilities, academic achievements. Prof. Lu praised UM for its learning environment and its efforts in training academic and research personnel. Both parties look forward to work out the official cooperation in the near future, especially on student exchange and cooperative research programs. Also, the delegation has visited the Faculty of Business Administration, State Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI and Moon Chun Memorial College, with accompany of Jinghan Chen, Jean, Dean of FBA and Kevin Thompson, College Master. Dr Lithander was impressive by and research achievement on microelectronics.
