Today (7 June), the University of Macau (UM) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with University of Bath (UoB) from the United Kingdom.  The MOU was signed by Rector Yonghua Song of UM and President Dame Glynis Marie Breakwell of UoB. This collaboration agreement aims at promoting academic cooperation between the two universities.
President Breakwell was warmly received by Rector Yonghua Song, Vice Rector (Research) Rui Martins and Director of Global Affairs Cindy Lam. After the agreement signing ceremony, President Breakwell visited UM’s State Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI, State Key Laboratory of Quality Research in Chinese Medicine, University Gallery, UM Wu Yee Sun Library and Moon Chun Memorial College. Breakwell praised UM for its research achievement and learning environment, adding that she looks forward to strengthening collaboration and academic exchange with UM.
