A delegation led by Rao Zihe, a renowned molecular biophysicist and structural biologist, who is also a member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and president of Nankai University, recently visited the University of Macau (UM) and was warmly received by Rector Yonghua Song and Global Affairs Office Interim Director Wong Kei. During the visit, Rector Song told the guests about UM’s history, master plan for the current campus, and the direction for future development. Rao praised UM for its research achievements in recent years and expressed hope to strengthen collaboration with the university. The delegation also visited the Faculty of Health Sciences, the university library, and Moon Chun Memorial College.
