A delegation from the Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Office of the State Council, led by Zhou Bo, deputy director of the office, recently visited the University of Macau (UM). The delegation was warmly received by Dr Lam Kam Seng, chair of the University Council, and other representatives of UM. The delegation visited UM Wu Yee Sun Library, the laboratory of the Department of Communication under the Faculty of Social Sciences, Chao Kuang Piu College, and the State Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI. Zhou praised UM for its educational philosophy and campus facilities and expressed hope that UM will achieve greater success in the future.
